Job summary

Suddath in Round Rock, TX is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support workplace services planning and execution. You will work with sales, operations and customers to translate requests into actionable service plans.

Responsibilities include reviewing requests, drafting scope and timelines, generating proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has a BA or equivalent and 2–5 years of customer service or project coordination experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years in customer service or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests.
• Coordinate planning calls to develop scope and communicate service requirements.
• Generate proposals and establish orders for service.
• Track timelines and document progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and customers to ensure successful delivery.
• Document scope changes and oversee change order management.
