Job summary

Suddath in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a client-facing Coordinator to support workplace service planning and execution. You will work directly with sales, operations and customers to receive, review, and confirm project requests, and to define scope, timelines and pricing for services.

The role is on-site four days per week and requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is preferred.
• Two to five years of progressive customer service experience.
• Experience coordinating national services preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, enter and confirm project/service requests.
• Follow administrative process for customer setup and credit approval.
• Establish certificates of insurance.
• Coordinate walkthroughs and planning calls.
• Develop scope, timelines and pricing; document changes.
• Generate proposals and secure signed service orders.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, operations and customers to plan and implement services.
