Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support the day-to-day home delivery operations, acting as a liaison between customers, Operations, independent contractors, and internal support teams. You will assist with customer service, order management, delivery documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely service.

College degree preferred; prior office or logistics experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and office experience encouraged.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and support customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to research and resolve customer service matters, order-related concerns, and operational issues.
• Coordinate and maintain delivery-related documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), service orders, manifests, and other operational records.
• Manage administrative processes supporting delivery execution, including delivery updates, reschedules, documentation tracking, and record retention.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer, order, delivery, and contractor information within company systems.
• Monitor and research open, unassigned, or exception orders to support timely resolution and service completion.
