Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Consulting Engineering Customer Project Manager to lead customer projects from planning through execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and adherence to the highest standards.

You will coordinate with internal manufacturing facilities, vendors, and customers, manage risk and financials, and ensure contractual and technical requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering/management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing construction/electrical/ mechanical systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are met at onsite project locations.
• Provide upfront sales support during project quotation and preparation phase.
• Validate the project’s statement of work and contract terms with the customer.
• Develops a project schedule and communicates with the customer.
• Monitor the execution of the project order and coordinate onsite activities.
• Lead the monitor and control of the project work.
• Lead the closeout including financial reconciliation and post-shipment support.
• Propose alternate products or value engineering.
• Solve problems with customer interaction to improve relationships.
• Understand Schneider Electric products and project management processes.
• Ensure project execution meets customer requirements within cost and margin.
