Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Payroll Support professional to provide direct service and consulting to our payroll clients. You will understand payroll deeply and maintain knowledge of payroll laws to deliver accurate information and support under supervision, with independent client relationship management.

You will review payroll data, process payrolls, generate reports, and ensure timely deliverables while escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Deliverables: ensure payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies; process payrolls and prepare earnings reports.
• Client Service: build trusted client relationships; maintain data confidentiality; communicate clearly; provide software support.
• Implementation & Technology: assist implementation teams; interview clients; manage new client implementations; train clients.
• Individual and Team Development: mentor new hires; share knowledge; maintain product knowledge of ADP platforms.
