You will review payrolls, ensure accuracy, process updates, and produce reports for earnings, taxes, and employer contributions. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP payroll software is desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite; accurate data handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll information is accurate within the payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely, update records, and review tax calculations and deductions.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes and employer contributions.
