Baker Tilly US, a leading advisory and payroll services firm, is seeking a Payroll Support role to provide direct client consulting and payroll knowledge. You will manage client relationships and escalate issues when needed to ensure service excellence.

Under the Payroll Supervisor, you will process payrolls, support implementation, and train clients on payroll processes. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely deliverables across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately and professionally communicates with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Deliverables: Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their specific payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines (updating employee records, bonuses or severance, tax calculations, payroll deposits, garnishments).
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer’s contributions.
