Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an Office Services Lead to manage day-to-day operations for a leading law firm. You will supervise a 3-5 person team, oversee reprographics, reception, mail services, and hospitality, ensuring high service levels and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, excellent communication, and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. This permanent, full‑time role is fully onsite at Stanford Research Park, Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in office services preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Experience leading employees in areas of process and policy adherence, and time and absence tracking.
• Experience curating workflow in an organized manner to meet deadlines occurring quickly and simultaneously.
• Intermediate computer skills required, generally using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of office services operations for a law firm.
• Lead a team of 3-5 employees and direct workflow across reprographics, reception, mail, hospitality, and general office support.
• Ensure service excellence, manage priorities, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain client relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Prepare required reports on schedule.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Adhere to client site policies and standard operating procedures.
