RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Supervisor to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations. The role includes setting priorities, project oversight, and allocating resources to meet a variety of requirements.

Shift is 11:00am - 7:00pm, Mon - Fri, on call 24/7 with occasional weekends. Salary is $68,000 non-negotiable. Applicant will oversee a staff of 10+ professionals and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area of business preferred.
• 5+ years of relatable experience.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
• Oversee staff of 10+ professionals.
• Analyze performance and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address client and team concerns proactively.
• Drive project management excellence.
• Develop and maintain project tracking methods.
• Implement processes and tools to increase efficiency.
• Translate internal partner needs to the design team.
• Manage changes in priorities and plans to meet business needs.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Share feedback and maintain candidate records.
• Maintain documentation on all candidates.
