Job summary

Newrez seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead client relationships in mortgage servicing on-site in Coppell, TX. You will oversee servicing activities, drive profitability, and coordinate with third-party mortgage clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business and 3+ years in mortgage servicing, with strong Excel, SQL, and communication skills. You’ll analyze operational risk, manage P&Ls, and implement value-add campaigns to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline.
• 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of GSE guidelines and regulations is a plus.
• Strong business communication skills with attention to detail and project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a dedicated group of 3rd party mortgage clients.
• Develop and implement value-add business strategies and client campaigns.
• Monitor operational risk metrics and resolve issues.
• Oversee the transfer process and GSE forms, and manage servicing agreements.
