Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while upholding exceptional client service.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop KPI-driven insights, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly/quarterly reviews, with a focus on healthcare programs and adherence to SOWs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client relationship manager for assigned brands.
• Ensure program deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, provide strategic recommendations, and support quarterly reviews.
• Maintain accurate tracking, budgeting, and invoicing workflows.
