Proactive Technology Management seeks an experienced IT professional to join our team. You will work with a remote team, support multiple client environments, and help drive successful technology implementations.

The role requires 4+ years at Tier 3 level or as a specialist, with a hybrid schedule and emphasis on networking, security, and broad IT knowledge. You will engage with clients and senior techs to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• 5+ Office 365 and Windows Server experience.
• 5+ firewall troubleshooting experience (Sophos, Cisco, SonicWall, Watchguard).
• 5+ Network setup experience (APs, switches, firewalls).
• Extensive experience leading migrations.
• Extensive virtualization and networking experience.
• Above and beyond customer service.

Responsibilities

• Setting Up Customer Networks (cloud to keyboard).
• Windows Server Installation.
• Configuration Maintenance.
• Ongoing Support for access points, firewalls, and switches.
• Remote troubleshooting and on-site support as required.
• Monday - Friday schedule; one Saturday per month for the first 18 months.
