Metro Sales Inc. in Roseville, MN is seeking an Employee-Owner, Infrastructure/Sys Admin (Professional Services Engineer 2) to join our Roseville team.

This client-facing role onboarding clients to MSI services, implementing new technologies, and handling advanced escalations from our Service Desk. The position requires 5+ years IT administration, 2+ years project management, cloud migration design, and strong knowledge of Microsoft environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support, or equivalent.
• 2+ years Project management experience.
• In-depth knowledge in server and network builds.
• 2+ years in design and implementation in cloud migrations.
• Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and delivery to maximize ROI.
• Propose, implement and support new hardware, software, and services within client environments and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Plan, scope, coordinate, track and manage assigned project tasks with clients to maintain and improve infrastructure.
• Document and train client onboarding implementations for internal and external support teams.
• Provide insight, project reviews and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and relationships; provide escalation assistance to Service Desk.
• Maintain knowledge of hardware/software trends and certifications; promote QA objectives.
• Maintain project files for accuracy and confidentiality; assist in training staff.
