About the Role

Our Dealerlogix product is the auto industry’s leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for dealership service departments. Founded in 2002, Dealerlogix was a pioneer in developing the capability to accept electronic signatures and expediting the repair order write-up process. The Dealerlogix Service Workflow Suite, a DMS-integrated cloud-based solution that automates service lane, parts, and labor processes is a nimble, ever-evolving system which integrates features like mobile pay and online appointment scheduling. All designed to optimize fixed operations efficiency.

Configuration Specialist is a position within Dealerlogix which requires telephone skills and the ability to work through webcasts, paying attention to detail, while maintaining a helpful attitude with our customers. Although we work with car dealerships, knowledge of cars is not a requirement.

What You'll Do

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Complete performance goals, provide regular feedback, lead capacity planning discussions
• Execute implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective deployments.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from initial client onboarding to full system go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Dev Ops and Customer Support, to ensure seamless integration and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients during the implementation phase, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress, address any challenges, and provide ongoing support.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
• Contribute to the improvement of implementation and onboarding processes, leveraging client feedback and industry best practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability, efficiency, and quality of our implementation services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Travel Requirement

Must be able to commute to our Milwaukee office Monday - Friday

Compensation is based on experience, knowledge, and skills and represents a good faith estimate in accordance with applicable laws.
