Job summary

Synergistix is seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator to partner with Implementation Managers and drive successful client implementations. You will coordinate activities across departments, document business requirements, and help translate client needs into actionable specifications while ensuring deliverables align with timelines.

You will build strong client relationships, track progress, prepare status reports, and support billing and training coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management or related field.
Experience in software development or IT services preferred.
Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate client needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Support Implementation Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
Monitor tasks and follow up with stakeholders to keep timelines.
Prepare implementation documentation, notes, decisions, and action trackers.
Coordinate across Data Operations, Configuration, Development, and Product teams.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Contribute to client meetings, track action items, and support communications.
Travel up to 20% for onsite support.
