Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Human Resources experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Ability to work onsite a minimum of two days per week in Lisle, IL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client companies.
• Conduct new-hire onboarding meetings via video conferencing.
• Create, update, and interpret employment policies and documentation.
• Provide administrative support including document management.
