Job summary

Growth Operators seeks a Human Resources Associate to deliver expert advisory and outsourced HR services to client companies. You will work under senior leadership to handle payroll, benefits, data management, recruitment, and policy compliance across diverse engagements.

The role requires strong HRIS/ATS experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle priorities for multiple clients. On-site and remote work options exist with travel to local client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
• 4+ years of human resources experience
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities independently
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity)

Responsibilities

• Participates in payroll processing for clients, including time & attendance and payroll changes
• Administers benefits programs and enrollment, and serves as primary contact with providers
• Maintains employee data in HRIS and ensures accurate reporting and records
• Supports recruitment activities from job descriptions to onboarding
• Contributes to policy handbooks and compliance for federal/state requirements
• Assists with system implementations, compensation projects, and M&A transitions
