Growth Operators is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support client engagements as a client-facing HR Generalist. You will handle payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, recruiting activities, and policy support under senior leadership.

This role offers on-site work in Minneapolis, remote options, and exposure to diverse industries. Ideal candidates have a BA in HR, 4+ years HR experience, and strong MS Excel skills, plus experience with ADP or Paylocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• 4+ years of HR-related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities with independent judgment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Participates in processing payroll for clients including time and attendance, payroll changes, and inquiries.
• Administers benefits programs and manages enrollment processes for new hires and open enrollment.
• Maintains employee data in HRIS and prepares necessary reports and files.
• Administers leaves of absence (FMLA, Military, STD/LTD, workers' comp).
• Performs recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
