Job summary

SEGMENT360 is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer who sits closest to the customer. You will run the Diagnostic, scope the build, and ship the first agent inside the client’s cloud, then keep it running alongside their team.

You’ll be the bridge between engineering and the client, translating complex problems into measurable, shipped solutions. Expect ownership, front-line client interaction, and a direct voice in security and deployment decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders and translating complex problems into shipped solutions.
• Experience wiring up integrations, deploying to cloud environments, and debugging in production.
• Calm under pressure with ownership mindset and direct communication during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 5-day Diagnostic with the client, map data, and size the workflow to automate first.
• Build and deploy the first agent inside the client’s cloud, linked to their real systems.
• Operate the solution live: monitor runs, tune performance, and report monthly outcomes to the client.
• Be the technical face of SEGMENT360 to the client’s team, including security reviewers.
