Ent seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and lead deployments at strategic customers, shaping product evolution and real-world usage. You will work across design partners, security researchers, and customer teams to translate needs into durable deployment patterns and repeatable success.

Qualifications

• Experience in real-world environments and forward deployed engineering.
• Ability to work with customers in ambiguous, high-impact settings.
• Strong security research and product feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Define deployment, validation, and scaling within customer environments.
• Bootstrap processes, metrics, documentation and training for the FDE team.
• Embed with design partners and early customers; lead initial deployments.
• Drive time-to-value through hands-on configuration and iteration.
• Translate customer workflows into durable deployment patterns.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback that influences roadmap and product improvements.
