Western Pest Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Spring House, PA office. The CSR will act as the liaison between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules and resolving issues while maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, supporting accounts receivable, and providing timely follow-up. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
