Responsibilities

• Support pre-sale and new business activities with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales to quote benefits strategy and plans.
• Manage New Business email box and correspondence.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers and enrollment vendors for implementations.
• Lead client implementations and manage timelines across multiple accounts.
• Communicate status updates to the account team and Director of Client Experience.
• Attend meetings and conduct open enrollment sessions on-site or virtually.
• Ensure accuracy of applications and data transfers to carriers/vendors.
