Job summary

The Standard is seeking a customer-facing Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding for new Employee Benefits groups in the small-case market. You will gather and validate sold-case information, coordinate with internal partners to craft contracts and billing, and guide customers through installation for a smooth transition to ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of group insurance experience including employee benefits and direct customer interaction.
• Experience with project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and confirm sold-case information from sales, producers, and customers.
• Submit accurate group data for policyholder services and partner through the scrub process.
• Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase.
• Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist.
• Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements.
