Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Transformation Consultant to partner with C-level leaders and senior teams to define and drive enterprise-wide AI and agentic transformation programs. You will work across domains, diagnose issues, frame decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

The role requires broad business acumen, executive communication, and a track record of leading complex transformations in CCaaS and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory.
• Proven track record shaping AI or digital transformation programs at the executive level.
• Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems: CCaaS components and omnichannel architecture.
• Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation programs in CCaaS/UCaaS contexts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite to define AI-led and agentic transformation as strategic imperatives.
• Define enterprise AI transformation roadmaps linked to board-level outcomes.
• Structure ambiguous business challenges into actionable problem statements and workstreams.
• Assess AI, automation, and agentic capabilities across client contexts.
• Lead cloud migration strategy from on-prem to CXone, including routing logic and reporting.
• Design and execute enterprise-wide change management programs.
