Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Model Engineering to deliver modern AI engineering, ML, and generative AI solutions for diverse client environments. You will design, build, and scale AI systems across cloud and on‑prem pipelines, driving responsible deployment and measurable outcomes.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with clients, and shape innovative analytics solutions while maintaining a strong focus on data quality and ethics. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of relevant AI/DS/ML experience in full-time roles.
• 2-4 years directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and ability to lead diverse, hybrid teams.
• Experience designing and deploying production AI/ML on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and ML workflows.
• Experience with model retraining, observability, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from solution design through production deployment.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
