As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be inside client teams, architecting, building, and sustaining AI systems, while balancing business value with technical rigor.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production‑grade services; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Track record as ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead—defining credible AI roadmaps.
• Designed and owned CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps / MLOps).
• Experience deploying LLM/agent systems into production and maintaining them.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and discovery with data, business, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and spec for automation projects; translate business needs to AI specs.
• Architect end‑to‑end agentic systems: data sourcing, embeddings, retrieval, orchestration, guardrails.
• Build and ship working AI-enabled systems; establish CI/CD and monitoring for AI components.
• Operate Day 2 responsibilities: observability, cost, latency, drift, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leaders; support pre‑sales and proposals.
