FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-powered solutions. You will diagnose business opportunities, design robust data and retrieval architectures, and deliver production-grade agents that perform in real-world environments.

The role blends consulting, engineering, and operations to drive measurable value for Fortune 500 clients. This is a high-responsibility, multi-disciplinary position requiring strong communication,

Competenze

• 5+ years of software development experience with production stacks (Python/TypeScript/Java/Go).
• 1–4 years shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows in production.
• Advanced English required and a four-year college degree.

Mansioni

• Discover by running workshops with stakeholders and assess data readiness.
• Structure processes, map state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture and guardrails.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI products, including prompt and context versioning.
• Operate Day 2: observability, retrival metrics, and handoffs to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs and senior leaders; support pre-sales scoping.
