Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-powered solutions. You’ll diagnose where AI adds value, design data and retrieval architecture, and deliver prototypes rapidly in production environments.

You’ll combine consulting, operations, and engineering to win trust with executives and clients, shaping scope, and defending decisions across domains while operating in a highly collaborative, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with frontier AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery calls.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders; separate AI problems from workflow problems.
• Structure process specs for automation with clear data inputs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tools.
• Own CI/CD and prompt/context/versioning in AI pipelines.
• Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, and handoffs to client teams.
• Consult with CTOs and business leaders; support pre-sales scoping.
