Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Boston to be the senior technical presence inside client engagements. You will scope problems with stakeholders, integrate our platform with their systems, and build configurations, workflows, and extensions that make the solution indispensable.

You'll collaborate across engineering, data, AI/ML, and the commercial team, applying LLMs and retrieval to real-world data and ensuring outputs are accurate and defendable for clients.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including client-facing or forward deployed roles.
• Strong full-stack or backend skills with Python and SQL and API integrations.
• Hands-on AWS production systems experience.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI applications.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding and deployment from discovery through go-live.
• Integrate Prudentia with client systems and data within security/compliance requirements.
• Build client-specific workflows, configurations, models, and extensions on our AWS-based platform.
• Apply AI capabilities (LLMs, retrieval, extraction) to client questions and evaluate outputs for defensibility.
• Turn field learnings into reusable components, templates, and platform features.
• Be the field's voice to engineering and product and guide technical decisions.
