Qventus, Inc is seeking an experienced Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, Technology Lead to head a client-facing team delivering AI-powered operational transformations in health systems. You will work with R&D leadership and embed with client teams to craft measurable value and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on LLM integration, conversational systems, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data science, and IT. Travel to client sites (25–50%) is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in product management or solution architect roles.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Hands-on experience with agentic design and prompt engineering + architecture.
• A go-to expert on emerging LLM technologies.
• High customer empathy and passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems.
• Self-starter, confident in troubleshooting complex systems issues independently.
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites (expected 25-50%).

• Develop understanding of client context and Qventus capabilities to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Design, execute, and optimize bespoke AI Operational Assistant use cases.
• Technical implementation and integration with client systems.
• Leverage LLM-based AI to build advanced conversational systems.
• Collaborate with backend teams and client IT for integration.
• Monitor performance and run tests to ensure quality.
• Mentor cross-functional teammates on forward-deployed teams.
