Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus experience with Commercial/Corporate clients preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client journey to ensure exceptional service with quick, accurate turnaround times.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients within assigned market vertical and own request completion.
• Foster partnership and collaboration with internal teams for consistent communication.
• Advocate for the client and coordinate additional internal expert involvement as needed.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities with appropriate line of business partners.
