Valley Bank is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to lead the client journey from prospect to onboarding and ongoing service. You will work with the commercial servicing team to ensure a successful journey and expand relationships, delivering exceptional client care across markets.

The role emphasizes proactive needs identification, strong communication with internal teams, and a focus on treasury management services within a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of bank products, services, policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client journey to deliver exceptional service with quick, accurate turnaround; coordinate client onboardings for deposits and treasury services; escalate research requests.
• Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain a positive experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned market vertical and own completion of requests.
• Foster partnership and collaboration with internal partners to drive consistent communication and alignment.
• Liaise and advocate on behalf of the client, ensuring care when additional internal experts are involved.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities to appropriate line of business partners.
