• Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned market vertical and own completion of requests.
• Foster collaboration with internal business partners to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
• Advocate for the client and ensure continuity of care when additional internal expert involvement is required.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities to appropriate line of business partners.
