Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a highly organized Treasury Management Analyst to join our Treasury Management team. You will support the team, serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other departments, and be the primary contact for complex Treasury Management relationships.

You will provide administrative support, manage onboarding of new clients, prepare documentation, and help coordinate meetings with clients and the sales team, contributing to timely client responses and accurate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of banking/financial services experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Attention to detail with professional organizational, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Treasury Management team.
• Manage onboarding of new clients and transition of clients.
• Prepare CIP cards and collect documentation from clients.
• Interact with clients and manage correspondence.
• Schedule meetings with sales team and clients and attend client transition meetings.
• Support onboarding of complex Treasury Management relationships.
• Prepare cost comparisons, proposals and timelines.
• Provide monthly reports for Treasury Management team as requested.
• Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable.
• Assist with general banking and Treasury Management questions.
