You will manage appointments, front desk operations, payments, and patient records, while collaborating with the Studio Manager and team to maintain smooth operations and promotions knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Handle client payments and related receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and product displays.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
