You will maintain accurate records, manage payments, and support marketing efforts while upholding privacy standards and a professional demeanor. The position requires flexible days and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
• Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and welcome clients at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain front desk areas including reception, waiting room, and product displays.
• Process client payments and verify information as needed.
• Handle inquiries by phone and email with a professional approach.
