• Experience with Medical CRM/Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an unrivaled customer experience for all clients.
• Welcome and greet clients professionally to make a positive first impression.
• Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and address concerns promptly.
• Manage appointment booking system and optimize Studio resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Assist with forms and consent documentation.
• Answer calls/emails and provide service pricing and policy information.
• Keep front desk and lobby organized and welcoming.
