Responsibilities

• Lead practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions.
• Keep public areas clean and presentable for patients; maintain front desk, waiting area, and exam rooms.
• Process cash, checks, charge card payments and credit account payments.
• Schedule appointments for the clinic adhering to practice and doctor preferences.
• Assist in updating and maintaining client/patient files.
• Prepare and send client correspondence.
