Job summary

Pinnacle Animal Hospital is a full-service companion animal hospital serving Asheville, Arden, Fletcher, and surrounding areas. The CSR role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience through reception, record maintenance, and appointment tracking.

The ideal candidate will work 1-2 Saturdays per month and maintain professional communication with Doctors and the practice team. OSHA safety practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vet industry experience preferred.
• Customer service experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk reception and visitor flow.
• Process payments, schedule appointments, maintain records.
• Assist in updating client/patient files and reminders.
• Provide a warm, professional experience for every client.
