Job summary

Global TekMed Holdings is seeking a client services support specialist to help our veterans navigate our processes. You will guide clients, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure their documents flow smoothly. This is a service role, not a sales role.

The ideal candidate has experience with medical records or billing, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within our CRM.
• Showcasing an adeptness in understanding medical records, billing, and filing.
• Assisting with the seamless flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.
