Job summary

Global TekMed Holdings is seeking a Sales Support Representative in the United States to manage provided and self-generated leads, collect initial documentation, and qualify prospects per workflow. You will handle emails, schedule client appointments, and make outreach calls while updating the CRM.

The role requires strong customer service and communication, on-site work, weekend availability, and proficiency with Excel/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Customer service skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contact all Company Leads.
• Offer generalized guidance to clients through their process.
• Update actions and lead profiles in the CRM.
• Follow up on all client/lead communications.
• Self-source potential clients and ask for referrals.
• Pre-C&P exam generalized guidance.
• Pre- and post-filing generalized guidance.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
