Job summary

Global TekMed Holdings is seeking a motivated professional to join our client‑first operations team in the United States. You will assist clients, keep detailed CRM records, and help manage documents, processes, and strategies to drive client success.

This is a service role, not a sales position, with emphasis on listening, understanding, and value creation for each client. Ideal candidates bring experience with medical records or billing, exceptional communication, and comfort with basic

• Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable follow-up.
