Global TekMed Holdings is seeking a Sales Support Representative to work with provided and self-generated leads, gathering initial documents and qualifying prospects for the company’s services.

You will manage emails, schedule appointments, make outreach calls, collect missing documents, review client records, and guide clients through the pre-C&P evaluation and claim filing process. This on-site role requires staying aligned with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contact all Company Leads.
• Offer generalized guidance to clients through their process.
• Update all actions and lead profiles in the CRM.
• Follow up on all client/lead communication.
• Self-source potential clients and ask for referrals.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
