Qualifications

• Experience and product knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong customer service and banking knowledge are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined process.
• Maintains branch operations and adheres to policies with sound judgment.
