Qualifications

• No degree required; typical roles at this level do not require a university degree or higher education.
• Typically <1 year of related experience; a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and clear communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Helps grow customer share of wallet by providing differentiated customer experiences.
