The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator in Summerville, SC. This on-site role supports the office by triaging client needs, handling calls, and coordinating proposals and contracts.

Strong candidates will have at least two years in office administration, excellent phone/communication skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with CRM and SAP is a plus; afternoon/evening availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in office processes and administration
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Preferred: CRM and SAP experience
• Availability for Afternoon and Evening hours

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and triage client and office needs
• Field current and prospective client calls
• Produce proposals and initiate contracts
• Process employee time sheets
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Invoice and manage accounts receivable, and maintain files
