Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company in Monroe, MI is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team of tree care professionals. You will be the first point of contact, triage client needs, and support office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel. CRM and SAP familiarity is a plus, with growth opportunities in an employee-owned company.

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Client Experience Coordinator to our passionate team of tree care professionals.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office.
• Field current and prospective client calls.
• Proposal production and contract initiation.
• Process employee time sheets.
• Maintain various databases and spreadsheets.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files.
