The Davey Tree Expert Company in Needham, MA is seeking a dynamic Client Experience Office Coordinator to join our team at an on-site location. You will be the first point of contact, triaging client needs and supporting the office with calls, contracts, time sheets, data management, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration.
• Experience in Landscape/Construction office environment preferred.
• CRM experience and SAP systems familiarity preferred.
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and triage client and office needs.
• Field current and prospective client calls.
• Produce proposals and initiate contracts.
• Process employee time sheets.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Invoice and manage accounts receivable; maintain files.
• Complete onboarding for new hires.
