Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator in Summerville, SC. This on-site role supports the office by triaging client needs, handling calls, and coordinating proposals and contracts.

Strong candidates will have at least two years in office administration, excellent phone/communication skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with CRM and SAP is a plus; afternoon/evening availability is preferred.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact andtriagethe needs of the clients and the office.
• Field current and prospective client calls.
• Proposal production and contract initiation.
• Process employee time sheets.
• Maintain various databases and spreadsheets.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills
• MUST BE:Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail andaccuracy
• Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Preferred: prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems
• Availability for Afternoon and Evening hours
