Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Preferred 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and complaints courteously.
• Research and troubleshoot inquiries; follow up on unresolved issues.
• Research and resolve more complex customer issues as needed per procedures.
• Document all requests and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Follow policies regarding follow-up and shift change notifications.
• Provide education and guidance on business processes.
• Suggest process improvements to maximize quality and efficiency.
